@Cad if you look at the laptops a lot of them aren't actually running old processors

2019-07-11 10:51:19 UTC

(lenovo is Chinese for example)

2019-07-11 10:51:32 UTC

Good OEM's don't do it either

2019-07-11 10:51:38 UTC

E.g. TongFanf

2019-07-11 10:51:43 UTC

Aka mechrevo

2019-07-11 10:56:23 UTC

Lol wait ill admit I was wrong there

2019-07-11 10:57:08 UTC

Their website hasn't been updated since 2016 so I saw that and wondered why TF they were selling 6th gen

2019-07-11 11:27:26 UTC

Cringe

2019-07-11 11:27:27 UTC

I can't read

2019-07-11 11:27:31 UTC

I bought M1 screws

2019-07-11 11:27:34 UTC

They are small aas fuck

2019-07-11 11:29:29 UTC

I mean

2019-07-11 11:29:34 UTC

Rate my very big M6 screws

2019-07-11 11:29:38 UTC

In my big hand

2019-07-11 11:39:48 UTC

Did the same thing recently. I'm now the proud owner of a stack of A2 Lite lenses, and a broken A2.

2019-07-11 11:40:55 UTC

Oor

2019-07-11 11:40:57 UTC

Oof

2019-07-11 11:40:59 UTC

Too small?

2019-07-11 12:30:42 UTC

I feel like those 'low tech' things might be more reliable than cloud connected xi jinping social credit system approved systems

2019-07-11 12:30:46 UTC

But unsure

2019-07-11 12:31:01 UTC

Also it's for decoration plants not food ones so I fortunately won't get cancer from it

2019-07-11 12:39:19 UTC

@Mereck basic valve+hose with smol holes in it

2019-07-11 12:39:27 UTC

If you wanna go full primitive

2019-07-11 12:39:53 UTC

Thought about it as well but I'll have to build a controller of some sort

2019-07-11 12:40:26 UTC

It'll be for automated watering while I'm out (for work or vacation)

2019-07-11 12:41:22 UTC

Nah, it's not about going primitive but more about reliability

2019-07-11 12:42:31 UTC

@Sapharanth Barely, and the LED isn't cut-out. LED sticks through the glass on the A2.

2019-07-11 12:59:19 UTC

(just remove the m. at the start of the URL and it switches to desktop version)

2019-07-11 13:00:04 UTC

As for that, I already thought of a slightly more complicated but probably a bit safer method using an aquarium water pump

2019-07-11 13:01:04 UTC

A bit more costy but second hand is sufficient for that (since those devices are designed to run 24/7) and it will avoid having to puncture a bucket (with the additional point of failure for water-proofing)

2019-07-11 13:01:30 UTC

(around me I can find those pumps for less than 10€)

2019-07-11 13:03:41 UTC

But then it'll almost cost me the same... 10$ for the socket timer, 10$ for the pump, 10$ for hoses and such...

2019-07-11 15:01:18 UTC

Hi guys

2019-07-11 15:02:01 UTC

Any of you ordered a decent usb-c dock

2019-07-11 15:02:08 UTC

lately ?
