The term racist stopped having meaning at all when it was not convenient enough reasonably by it's dictionary definition and needed to be redefined to make it convenient to accommodate the unreasoned feelings of insecure degenerates. This is why communication becomes increasingly difficult, meaning of words are deliberately being changed, new words and terms are fabricated and forced into use, rather than organically being embraced, and the perpetual defense of feelings, instead of reasoning.

There was a local commenting that it was a public beach where alcohol is prohibited, they also do this 24/7 being a public nuisance to visitors and tourists, especially at night with the noise when they try to get sleep and leaving the place a horrible mess, and also the public indecent exposure of nudity on this beach where children are, I would imagine this involves public urination and possibly even sex seeing as alcohol is present.
I honestly doubt anyone would really go this far if it was trivial.
