due to the way the UK political system works, she was able to "buy" her way into power by siding with what's basically the catholic version of ISIS (they demanded £1 billion to side, and they got it) to stay in power

how it works is, people vote for their political party then those parties win "seats", you need a certain amount of seats in order to get into power, if the amount of seats for left wing and right wing parties is about the same, one party can form a coalition with another party in order to get the majority, with the vote that happened a couple of years ago, labour (left wing) basically won the popular vote (if I'm remembering correctly) but it was very close with the tories (right wing), however in Northern Ireland, the DUP (very religious right wing party) managed to get just enough votes to let the tories win if they formed a coalition, and the DUP demanded £1 billion in order to form that coalition so the tories can remain in power, and of course they did pay it which is why May is still prime minister

She has absolutely no idea how the world works, if everyone went to university, everyone will end up being over qualified for the jobs that they'll be forced to get. Just take a look at western Europe and the US. There are people who are qualified doctors, lawyers and engineers working in McDonalds or not working at all because the job markets they're qualified for are over saturated. I know it's terrible, but we do need people without proper education to do the menial jobs to keep the world turning.
