I actually liked pimp nobody.. But ah well, nobody casual will have to do.
@Deleted User i was kidding. The og one was the best tbh
OG? You mean the first one? @Meerkat_RSA
@Deleted User the one that had the Orange October thing on. But the freedom of chosing your profile picture is yours
Yeah I'll get back to that one again, it's 2019, want to play with new looks. I'm still recognisable at least 😂
@Deleted User ya it still has the same theme around it
👌
Thanks for the input
the absolute state of pop music these days.
and they say men are toxic...
@spursfan82 so feminine toxicity is now a thing, officially... Good Lord, now my suggestions are going to be flooded with this degeneracy and I'm going to spend a few days having to fix my suggestions 😒
haha apologies
it just amazes me that this garbage is out there and is popular
I don't know why that amazes you honestly, considering what already is out there and popular. It's just your run off the mill degeneracy hijacking the attention of the youth to enslave them by satisfying their primitive desires.
Back in my day, it was benni benasis - satisfaction music vid... Though that still is somewhat more tasteful than this garbage honestly.

I think I've managed to filter most garbage out - occasionally I discover this crap and watch it out of curiosity.
I guess that's the beauty of being able to curate the content you watch.
yeah I remember that video. haha
It starts with the pinky..
Going to be a long weekend cleaning this mess up over 2 videos... 😓 blame now doesn't fall squarely upon you mate 😅
before it got messed up hehe
Haha lol, yeah I wouldn't be surprised. Alot of the stuff you post I had already watched by the time you posted, and if I haven't, I then watch your links. So fair to say. We also tend to largely agree on some things in spite of other disagreements we may have. Always a pleasure exchanging words with you mate.
Totally!
Likewise, always a pleasure.
Should do a call sometime, maybe join me and my rainbow monkey friend in a call some time.
sure thing
Speaking of..
Yo @Deleted User you still alive and kicking?
What happened to
Have a good night boys
Sheamus xd
@Deleted User I decided to keep crawling until I pass out 😂
hehe
Wondering if you get the reference 🤔
Let's see if you pay attention
how many hours of sleep do you get @Deleted User ?
Well I had started a new routine for the year, aiming for 8 hour sleep from 9pm till 5am. I I only use to get 4 hours, from 2am till 6am, and weekends till 8am amounting to 6 hours. However since I started this routine, for the life of me, I can't help but sleep every second night now lol, I can't sleep, so I'm up all night and day, and then the next night after 9 I'm out and up at 5 again. So it's half working lol. Tonight will likely be an entire night again because I'm not tired... Clearly 🙄
I'm thinking of modifying my routine to account for this now, and then from next week, I'll use the extra 8 hours to be productive in some capacity.
How about yourself?
lately around 5 hours
I always try for like 7 - 8 hours, but these days I struggle.
and its not like i just sit and work all day - I'm extremely active. Nothing seems to wear me out
Yeah I know the feeling lol, been trying it for a week. But honestly the results so far ain't bad at all, even though I'm skipping sleep, it's actually not affecting me negatively.
That said, the greatest minds in history only got like 2-4 hours sleep, adding a short nap or two through the day.
I think partly the reason why I manage this is due to my intermittent fasting. I first discovered this when I was doing water fasting, when you kick into ketosis and your body runs on fat. Because fat contains double the amount of energy than carbs per gram, you get a major boost in energy. Also carbs tend to be more of a short explosive energy, ideal for athletic activities like sport, where as fat tends to be a longer consistent release of energy for endurance. You don't crash on it, which makes sense if you consider that ketosis is intended to be a survival mode. But it's great none the less, I'm not really a sporty type of person, so one meal a day, high fat diet really allows me to endure long hours, and I can't fail to emphasise that the brain, which takes up 25‰ of your energy budget, actually runs alot more efficient on ketones from fat than the glucose from carbs.
