I think I've managed to filter most garbage out - occasionally I discover this crap and watch it out of curiosity.

how many hours of sleep do you get @Deleted User ?

Well I had started a new routine for the year, aiming for 8 hour sleep from 9pm till 5am. I I only use to get 4 hours, from 2am till 6am, and weekends till 8am amounting to 6 hours. However since I started this routine, for the life of me, I can't help but sleep every second night now lol, I can't sleep, so I'm up all night and day, and then the next night after 9 I'm out and up at 5 again. So it's half working lol. Tonight will likely be an entire night again because I'm not tired... Clearly 🙄

I'm thinking of modifying my routine to account for this now, and then from next week, I'll use the extra 8 hours to be productive in some capacity.
