Ok, Apartheid was horrible, but I'm thinking if each Culture [Race mostly dosent exist, Mostly] were given there own territory, like this, and the Afrikaners have another piece of land that I will shortly post, then the remaining land will be collectively ruled via Consensus Decision Making, as well as a Multi Party System as we have now
