So when a prisoner is in the cellblock awaiting to go to court we have cameras watching them 24hrs. If those cameras go down we have to check on them constantly.

Cameras go down (shouldn’t be for too long) a guard would HAVE to visually watch any prisoner on suicide watch in closer proximity than they were....
