I would never do such a thing
Are Calvinists unitarian
and it has nothing to do with that. like, the dude doesn’t even show the verses. I don’t even think we disagree as much as you think. I believe that Jesus is the incarnation of the word of God in the flesh, I just don’t believe he’s equal to God, he’s the son of God, just one part of the father, in all intents and purposes its a matter of semantics
Not really
he literally only actually showed a single verse in genesis, and just listed a bunch of verses that he claimed supported his argument without actually showing it. its no wonder you cant explain it to me because he didn’t either
i’ll watch the others now, lets see if he actually shows us the verses this time
A single verse is more than no verse
God yer a total wanker
Seriously dew
What if during Armageddon God doesnt come to earth as the Son but an entirely new form
That would bring the number from 3 to 4
Aint gonna happen
He will come as expected
1 Cor 15:27-28 (NASB)
For He has put all things in subjection under His feet. But when He says, “All things are put in subjection,” it is evident that He is excepted who put all things in subjection to Him. When all things are subjected to Him, then the Son Himself also will be subjected to the One who subjected all things to Him, so that God may be all in all.
John 17:1-4 (NASB)
Jesus spoke these things; and lifting up His eyes to heaven, He said, “Father, the hour has come; glorify Your Son, that the Son may glorify You, even as You gave Him authority over all flesh, that to all whom You have given Him, He may give eternal life. This is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent. I glorified You on the earth, having accomplished the work which You have given Me to do.
**John 17:1-4 - New Revised Standard Version (NRSV)**
```Dust
Jesus Prays for His Disciples
<1> After Jesus had spoken these words, he looked up to heaven and said, "Father, the hour has come; glorify your Son so that the Son may glorify you, <2> since you have given him authority over all people, to give eternal life to all whom you have given him. <3> And this is eternal life, that they may know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have sent. <4> I glorified you on earth by finishing the work that you gave me to do. ```
this guy makes a very good post about it, which essentially goes over most of the things i went over. i don’t think the distinction matters much at all in a practical sense
but apparently its worth insulting me multiple times for him 🙄
i just started researching the topic myself after being taught the trinity my whole life. i don’t even necessarily disagree with it in concept, only the idea that the 3 parts are all equal, its just intellectually dishonest to act like its an open and shut case. there wouldn’t be division about it for 2000 years if it was so simple. I’m being open minded about it, you are not
why even post if you have nothing to say? well i guess you’d never post anything by those standards
Roasted @UltimateLifeformGappy
Oh no he got me
give it a rest DEW.. we are done with Trinity arguments for a while
im gonna delete anymore spamming yer stuff. lets give it a rest like CIT Zzz said
Yeah let's talk about something more interesting
Matthew 28:19
**Matthew 28:19 - King James Version (KJV)**
<19> Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: ```
1 John 5:7
**1 John 5:7 - King James Version (KJV)**
```Dust
<7> For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one. ```
1 John 5:7 is an added verse, added in the 2nd century
**1 John 5:7 - King James Version (KJV)**
```Dust
<7> For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one. ```
It’s canon.
the whole chapter is about the water and the blood, and keeping away from idols
