i made the mistake of confronting my sister about it. the FIRST thing she said was “you need to go back to the hospital”

@Morning Dew Sorry to hear that. Not much you can do to stop it if you are young. It might make more sense to pretend to conform till you can leave home on your own.

Running away would make it more likely they could put you more severely in to longer term Hospital care.

Perhaps but God is above all. Some of what you describe could be a real illness of some sort. You could be thinking they are doing this to you when the reality is possible you really do have some kind of illness doing it to you.

It is just a mild drug. Many people take it to sleep. Tylenol PM uses it.

It is easy to overdose on though.
