What you could do is go to a Church. Just say a gang wants to harm me. Could you get me a bus ticket to a city far away. If you do not trust that Pastor then get off the bus before you arrive and go to another church do the same thing. When you feel safe go to a Church and ask for help. Tell them you ran away from a gang and need to be safe. They should help you.

This will only work if you are off drugs of course.
