Yes so in some cases infanticide is legal. It is often not that hard to claim you were depressed or whatever. If I am depressed and go kill someone that is murder.

This was a law they wanted to pass I think nationwide. It did not get passed. But these other laws make it rather clear that could well where they are going. This one is worst as I see it.

Yes I can understand not wanting a child. Doing things to prevent it yet it happens anyway. Thus I am OK with the pills to end it once you know it happened. But that is when it should be done.

I actually agree once conceived it is a human. It is just that today with the pills and such to prevent pregnancy it is hard to say those are OK but using them a bit in to a pregnancy is not OK.
