For my grandkids.

2019-07-17 18:48:34 UTC

Do you think a child born alive is OK to then kill because the mother does not want to raise the child?

2019-07-17 18:49:16 UTC

I will purposely brainwash my children misinformation because only the truly intelligent and witted that do not fear authority deserve the truth

2019-07-17 18:49:47 UTC

funny

2019-07-17 18:50:51 UTC

No, i don’t think anyone that thinks a child born alive is ok to kill

2019-07-17 19:01:56 UTC

Yet the Democrats are pushing that nationwide. It was legal in Australia and then they pushed to extend it to a year old.

2019-07-17 19:06:29 UTC

huh, that's new.

2019-07-17 19:06:45 UTC

can you provide a link?

2019-07-17 19:07:31 UTC

Personally I do not believe any person has the right to tell another person you are bothering me so I have the right to kill you. Not even a mother of a child inside of her. Not once that child has a heartbeat at least. Not for rape unless on the day of the rape it is reported properly or within two weeks in some cases. And life threatening to the mother is only if there is a physical cause of that from the child inside of her. If her body rejects it. Not because she says I will commit suicide if no aprotion. Fine let her do that.

2019-07-17 19:08:17 UTC

Adoption is the answer to not wanting to raise a child and give birth to it once you are pregnant.

2019-07-17 19:11:09 UTC

Sorry DDG and Google are impossible to use anymore. I do not save links.

2019-07-17 19:12:26 UTC

true, but then you'll be putting the kid in a bad situation. you've ever heard what happens to adopted kids?

2019-07-17 19:13:26 UTC

sometimes they are put into foster care, if they do find the right home to live in they'll one day find out that they were adopted and then an entire thing will spiral from there

2019-07-17 19:13:50 UTC

Never prosecuting is the same as legal.

2019-07-17 19:14:42 UTC

@Wendigo Many are sold into sexual slavery from CPS. They are never to be trusted unfortunately.

2019-07-17 19:15:26 UTC

sounds like a rare case to me

2019-07-17 19:16:01 UTC

im more than willing to bet that human traffickers can adopt them from there

2019-07-17 19:16:18 UTC

i haven't heard any report like that but it can still happen

2019-07-17 19:19:05 UTC

Most children are less safe in foster care. Many die in foster care. Nothing unusual about it unfortunately it is just almost never reported on.

2019-07-17 19:19:09 UTC

also, that link that you sent said she was charged with infanticide

2019-07-17 19:19:40 UTC

oh i've heard of some of the poor conditions there. that's why i mentioned it

2019-07-17 19:19:53 UTC

Well some were charged and got community service or simply no jail time or anything else. No one got the prison time.

2019-07-17 19:20:18 UTC

well, says here it wasn't under the right circumstances:
*"The charge can only be applied to a woman — a mother — who “carried out conduct that causes the death of her child (under two) in circumstances that would constitute murder”, and, whose balance of mind is disturbed because she’s either not recovered from the effect of giving birth, or as a result of “a disorder consequent on her giving birth to that child”.

It’s a rare crime and one that carries different meanings and consequences in different jurisdictions. In New South Wales a mother can only be found guilty of infanticide if she has killed her child under 12 months, under similar circumstances as in the Victorian law, only the punishment will be the same as if it was manslaughter. The partial defence of infanticide is also available in Tasmania, but doesn’t feature in the remaining Australian states’ criminal codes."*

2019-07-17 19:21:50 UTC

there's more to i than that i can quote if you like

2019-07-17 19:21:51 UTC

Yes so in some cases infanticide is legal. It is often not that hard to claim you were depressed or whatever. If I am depressed and go kill someone that is murder.

2019-07-17 19:22:25 UTC

not legal. it's still a crime. but she just didn't get as harsh of a punishment

2019-07-17 19:22:28 UTC

Rarely should depression mean not a crime.

2019-07-17 19:23:28 UTC

None were sent to prison. Some had the crime on their criminal record and at least one had to do community service.

2019-07-17 19:25:07 UTC

Five years max for killing a child. That is just wrong.

2019-07-17 19:25:26 UTC

didn't you say a year before?

2019-07-17 19:26:36 UTC

This was a law they wanted to pass I think nationwide. It did not get passed. But these other laws make it rather clear that could well where they are going. This one is worst as I see it.

2019-07-17 19:26:57 UTC

huh

2019-07-17 19:27:16 UTC

Five years max for murder. Insane.

2019-07-17 19:27:38 UTC

that's what they tried for?

2019-07-17 19:27:58 UTC

If you do not want a child give it for adoption. Do not murder the child.

2019-07-17 19:28:17 UTC

so you're pro life right?

2019-07-17 19:28:20 UTC

No they do not call it murder.

2019-07-17 19:28:34 UTC

yeah, its a different case

2019-07-17 19:28:42 UTC

they classify it as something else.

2019-07-17 19:28:47 UTC

more of a lesser crime
