"pc" literally means "personal computer" -- so, actually, .any "computer" is a "pc", ..and ..speaking of that ..i have no clue why people refer things as "pc or mac" ..a "mac" is a computer and ..it is a "personal computer" hence it is a "pc" -- i shake my head about it all lol

"webcams" have mics on them, ..for one thing, ... and .."laptops" have webcams, ..hence ..laptops HAVE mics. Mobile devices have mics too, ..such as mobile cellphones and or "tablets" and etc
