I have a fairly moderate amount of memory loss from an IED blast in Afghanistan. I've actually been taking an enormous amount of steps to make sure I decalcify my pineal gland. However, I still have a hard water well that I have to shower with. Every once in a while, I'll use a 5-8 gallon hanging shower bag with distilled water to shower with. It's like showering in silk.

I also have troubles hearing, but it's a bit different than most.
In the marines, you do a lot of nighttime training to adjust your eyes and ears to the night. As a repercussion of that, I have lost any ability to selectively hear. Essentially, all noise enters my ears and get filtered by my brain at the same time, not in series. If any filtration even occurs. If two people are speaking, I literally cannot discern what either are saying. If there is a lot of background noise, I basically have to be right next to them or I hear everything at once. I'm always asking people to repeat themselves.
