The Constitution did not allow the Government to even have the Military. Just State Run Militias.

By now the Judges feel that the Constitution in no way needs to be followed and they have made that very clear.

It did. The First Amendment was very clear. State Militias privately owned.
That is all we had when the Constitution was ratified. I visited an original town and there were cannons and guns all over the place. The Government had nothing to do with it.
Some even owned machine guns as they had been invented by then.

The Constitution was a lot about preventing what the British had done. They did not want just another version of that in America.
It was pretty impossible to avoid. You cant effectively control 6 state militias by 6 states while having a strategic attack

States have no real power at this point. Exactly the opposite of what the founders wanted.

Hardly. If all members except Generals were from the State. The States could say. Hell no we will not go to that war you want to run. Those Generals would not have the power to fire the State Militia soldiers.
The President would not have the power to demand troops to fight the war he wanted to fight.
He would need to get permission from the States.
Even the Militias in the States could refuse to serve.
Technically only congress declares war. Its just the president gets ways around that

No we needed an option for quick millitary defense if needed. Its just the UN caused us to abuse it
Yes that is how they ditched the Constitution. Oh but if someone attacks us. It would be easier to fight the Pirates with a National Navy Force. There are always reasons. But they just ditched the Constitution instead of amending it as was required.

They can force us to use ID to even buy bullets for them so they know where to go to steal our guns.

That is total removal of the First Amendment. If they decide we are a threat they can steal our guns.
We are super close to having the freedom to own a gun totally removed.
States will never agree on it
They will not matter when it is done. It will be done by the Congress and Senate.
