idk about pressure i know balloons

2019-05-14 19:13:35 UTC

Ok, if you have a ball with air in it that has a lesser density then air around it, what happens to it?

2019-05-14 19:13:43 UTC

tell me how density has nothing to do with why objects do or dont fall again

2019-05-14 19:13:54 UTC

it goes up

2019-05-14 19:13:57 UTC

@viherkasvi whats the medium the ball is in?

2019-05-14 19:14:15 UTC

Medium is around 1 bar of air pressure

2019-05-14 19:14:16 UTC

is it a steel ball or a rubber balloon type ball

2019-05-14 19:14:28 UTC

yeah what type of ball

2019-05-14 19:14:32 UTC

that is key

2019-05-14 19:14:36 UTC

cause

2019-05-14 19:14:46 UTC

@jeremy The lightest ball you can have

2019-05-14 19:14:46 UTC

steel ball gonna be diffferent than balloon type ball

2019-05-14 19:14:50 UTC

yes surely because the added weight of the container will pull it down

2019-05-14 19:14:53 UTC

well go with balloon ok

2019-05-14 19:15:20 UTC

muted again=?

2019-05-14 19:15:37 UTC

Ok, you have a ball with less denser air then the air around it, now pop it to a scale, is there more or less weight?

2019-05-14 19:16:04 UTC

pop it to a scale ?

2019-05-14 19:16:06 UTC

Good grief. You guys are argueing MOOT POINTS

😃

2019-05-14 19:16:33 UTC

this g uy is tryin to tell me density has nothing to do with why objects fall to earth

2019-05-14 19:16:43 UTC

u can see my dilemma

2019-05-14 19:16:45 UTC

Jeremy. They arent listening to what yer saying

Niice one Bino

2019-05-14 19:17:36 UTC

i dont know why they struggle, it isnt hard to understand

2019-05-14 19:18:01 UTC

it's hard to understand because they are applying gravity into the logic

2019-05-14 19:18:08 UTC

yep^

2019-05-14 19:18:09 UTC

u said density is figured into mass but denstiy has nothing to do with gravity so mass has nothing to do with gravity ?

2019-05-14 19:18:24 UTC

u lost me

2019-05-14 19:18:34 UTC

@jeremy Let's try differently, you have two balls, both contain equal amount of helium. The other one has bigger pressure, so denser. Is there a difference in the weight between them?

2019-05-14 19:18:59 UTC

“ face palm “

2019-05-14 19:19:09 UTC

idk bro

2019-05-14 19:19:11 UTC

wait same amount?

2019-05-14 19:19:14 UTC

of helium
