2019-05-14 12:09:06 UTC [The Ice Wall #lounge]

Hi

2019-05-14 12:09:14 UTC [The Ice Wall #lounge]

Can we debate here?

2019-05-14 12:09:44 UTC [The Ice Wall #lounge]

Do you guys believe in gravity?

2019-05-14 12:09:56 UTC [The Ice Wall #lounge]

@Pika Sure thing

2019-05-14 12:10:08 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

Debate anyone?

2019-05-14 12:11:53 UTC [The Ice Wall #lounge]

@Deleted User No one there..

2019-05-14 12:12:42 UTC [The Ice Wall #lounge]

Got kicked from Nathans discord for a question..

2019-05-14 12:13:01 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

@Deleted User Do you believe in gravity?

2019-05-14 12:13:31 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

Aah, can't ask you then

2019-05-14 12:14:47 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]
2019-05-14 12:15:19 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

@Deleted User ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

2019-05-14 12:19:41 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

@โœงMike Flatbird (Mike Blackbird)โœง When you get back can you tell me why things fall

2019-05-14 12:22:35 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

@โœงMike Flatbird (Mike Blackbird)โœง Doesn't have to be civilised, just so that I understand the answer

2019-05-14 12:27:43 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

Sorry, at work so might take a few seconds to answer

2019-05-14 12:27:55 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

So density and buoyancy basically

2019-05-14 12:28:29 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

Do things go to a less dense space?

2019-05-14 12:29:13 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

If so, why do they fall, air is more dense the lower you go?

2019-05-14 12:34:41 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

So things don't go to a less dense space but down?

2019-05-14 12:34:52 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

Air is less dense the higher you go

2019-05-14 12:35:07 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

Or rather go to lowest density

2019-05-14 12:36:38 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

What makes them go down instead of up?

2019-05-14 12:36:51 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]
2019-05-14 12:37:01 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

@Deleted User ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

2019-05-14 12:38:12 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

@โœงMike Flatbird (Mike Blackbird)โœง Can you also tell me what electromagnetism does in relation to things falling?

2019-05-14 12:39:13 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

@Deleted User Takes time to get answers but can't blame him for it, takes time for me too 'cos Im at work

2019-05-14 12:58:47 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

Sorry, had a Phone call

2019-05-14 13:00:46 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

So you don't have an idea why things go down, just that we are created that way

2019-05-14 13:01:12 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

No gravity is what you say

2019-05-14 13:03:50 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

So with that said what would you do if you got a big bleeding cut to your leg? Would you lift it above your heart?

2019-05-14 13:04:36 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

If yes, why?

2019-05-14 13:05:29 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

What do you feel when you turn upside down? More blood in your head? Why?

2019-05-14 13:08:58 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

Would you do that to your leg?

2019-05-14 13:13:43 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

@โœงMike Flatbird (Mike Blackbird)โœง What is it then? Blood pressure stays the same.

2019-05-14 13:15:00 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

@Dick Goddard 10 points ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

2019-05-14 13:15:32 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

Got kicked from Nathans server because this question..

2019-05-14 14:00:05 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

@โœงMike Flatbird (Mike Blackbird)โœง Without your heart pumping all your blood would be on your legs

2019-05-14 14:00:42 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

@jeremy I asked why do people lift their legs above the heart when they get a big wound

2019-05-14 14:01:02 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

And why does blood go to your head when you turn upside down

2019-05-14 14:01:29 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

Got no reasonable answer..

2019-05-14 14:02:19 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

@โœงMike Flatbird (Mike Blackbird)โœง Why does the blood gather more to your head when you are upside down?

2019-05-14 14:05:21 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

@โœงMike Flatbird (Mike Blackbird)โœง You said that if there is gravity, then your blood would gather to your legs, that happens when you go upside down

2019-05-14 14:05:38 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]
2019-05-14 14:06:00 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

@jeremy Not well isรคt seems

2019-05-14 14:06:16 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

It seems

2019-05-14 14:06:41 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

@โœงMike Flatbird (Mike Blackbird)โœง No because of your heart pumps that blood

2019-05-14 14:07:55 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

@โœงMike Flatbird (Mike Blackbird)โœง Yeah, your feet have more blood then your head, as demonstrated when you flip upside down

2019-05-14 14:08:02 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]
2019-05-14 14:09:44 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

@โœงMike Flatbird (Mike Blackbird)โœง Because you head doesn't swell when you are upside down

2019-05-14 14:10:27 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]
2019-05-14 14:11:06 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

There won't be no blood on you head the

2019-05-14 14:11:41 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

Why do you feel a difference when you go upside down?

2019-05-14 14:12:35 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

@โœงMike Flatbird (Mike Blackbird)โœง Why do you feel different upside down?

2019-05-14 14:12:55 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

@jeremy What is the cause of things falling?

2019-05-14 14:14:02 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

@โœงMike Flatbird (Mike Blackbird)โœง Turn upside down and you feel your legs starting to feel different due to lack of blood

2019-05-14 14:14:52 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

@jeremy Yeah it's not

2019-05-14 14:15:35 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

@โœงMike Flatbird (Mike Blackbird)โœง Because you are used to that blood beeing in your feet, when you turn upside down you feel numbness in your feet after a while

2019-05-14 14:17:20 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

We are used to having more blood in our feet

2019-05-14 14:17:50 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

Relatively yes

2019-05-14 14:18:25 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

@โœงMike Flatbird (Mike Blackbird)โœง Why do you feel different when you are upside down?

2019-05-14 14:19:41 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

@โœงMike Flatbird (Mike Blackbird)โœง What would happen if I had blood coming from my nose and I would go upside down? More blood coming out?

2019-05-14 14:19:53 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

Or less?

2019-05-14 14:20:55 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

@โœงMike Flatbird (Mike Blackbird)โœง No, what would there be a higher rate of bleeding if my head was below my heart?

2019-05-14 14:21:21 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

@โœงMike Flatbird (Mike Blackbird)โœง Why do you feel different when you are upside down?

2019-05-14 14:25:17 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]
2019-05-14 14:26:46 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

@โœงMike Flatbird (Mike Blackbird)โœง But according to you what is the reason?

2019-05-14 14:27:16 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

@Regular Waterfowl They can't answer simple questions

2019-05-14 14:31:33 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

@Regular Waterfowl He says im stupid to think gravity makes blood rush to your head when you go upside down...

2019-05-14 14:31:54 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

Yup

2019-05-14 14:32:27 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

๐Ÿ˜‚

2019-05-14 14:33:26 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

Mike rage quitted I guess..

2019-05-14 14:33:42 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

Yup

2019-05-14 14:34:21 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

Yeah, asked why blood comes out slower if you lift a bleeding limb above your heart, no reasonable answer.

2019-05-14 14:35:16 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

๐Ÿ˜‚

2019-05-14 14:37:18 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

@โœงMike Flatbird (Mike Blackbird)โœง Why do you feel different when you are upside down?

2019-05-14 14:38:59 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]
2019-05-14 14:39:59 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

@โœงMike Flatbird (Mike Blackbird)โœง You haven't answered why YOU think you feel a difference

2019-05-14 14:41:44 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

@โœงMike Flatbird (Mike Blackbird)โœง So that is the reason why you feel a difference? Great answer mate

2019-05-14 14:45:59 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

@โœงMike Flatbird (Mike Blackbird)โœง So blood rushes to your head because of unknown reason, where does it go when you turn head up?

2019-05-14 14:47:01 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

@โœงMike Flatbird (Mike Blackbird)โœง Where is that blood when you are not upside down?

2019-05-14 14:47:35 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

Aaaaand it's gone

2019-05-14 14:47:51 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

@jeremyGet what?

2019-05-14 14:48:28 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

@jeremy What causes things to go down?

2019-05-14 14:51:18 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

@โœงMike Flatbird (Mike Blackbird)โœง Yes, we are used to it, that's why you feel different when you are upside down

2019-05-14 14:51:53 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

@jeremy It's a debate on gravity, not the shape of the earth

2019-05-14 14:56:02 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

@โœงMike Flatbird (Mike Blackbird)โœง Why does that blood "settle" when you lay down?

2019-05-14 14:57:50 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

@eletrick33 What is the reason for blood rushing to your head when you are upside down.

2019-05-14 15:00:48 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

@โœงMike Flatbird (Mike Blackbird)โœง Because when you lie flat that blood will distribute differently then when you stand on your hands

2019-05-14 15:02:19 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

@Regular Waterfowl I have some issues answering 'cos Im from Finland and don' t use english as my first language, so some times I say stupid things and make typos

2019-05-14 15:04:17 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

@Regular Waterfowl I guess I still write better english then Mike though ๐Ÿ˜‚

2019-05-14 15:05:43 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

Let's hope one day he gives the answer to why that blood rushes to his head. He said the reason is because I believe its grabbity, I'd say that's not a good answer.

2019-05-14 15:07:11 UTC [The Ice Wall #civil-debate]

Well, I do some work and be back in about 30 minutes, let's see what he comes up with.
