with a pencil ?

2019-05-24 16:34:37 UTC

railroad tracks aren't straight, they're conture

2019-05-24 16:34:45 UTC

if the sun is like it is on your model then it should be much larger at around 12 PM then at sunrise

2019-05-24 16:34:51 UTC

we already know the sun appears to get smaller sometimes depending on conditions

2019-05-24 16:34:56 UTC

NASA is GOD.....lol (or they think that they are)

2019-05-24 16:34:57 UTC

@somekat /me coughs BULLSHIT

2019-05-24 16:35:03 UTC

sometimes it does

2019-05-24 16:35:08 UTC

significantly larger

2019-05-24 16:35:09 UTC

_bullshit @somekat_

2019-05-24 16:35:28 UTC

I have a experiment but the problem would be how to tell the stups are level relative to each other.. Find long stretch of shallow water and Bury 3 stumps far away in line, one in middle two either side then measure difference in heights above all stumps for difference, but how can we know they are level relative to each other?

2019-05-24 16:35:32 UTC

so you think a trailtrack goingup up a hill at no point bends, *cough* bullshit bullshit* sorry it's sick season

2019-05-24 16:35:33 UTC

well darkly u have to take into account that the lower the sun appears to be u are looking through more atmosphere compared to when its right overhead

2019-05-24 16:35:49 UTC

What satellite can we see curvature from? @danica

2019-05-24 16:36:04 UTC

Difference in height of the water above the stumps that id

2019-05-24 16:36:05 UTC

himiwari lol

2019-05-24 16:36:05 UTC

Is

2019-05-24 16:36:08 UTC

@somekat Sorry lad, didn't know there were HILLS in STRAIGHT 3 MILES STRETCHES.

Perhaps you should pay more attention to the convo.

2019-05-24 16:36:19 UTC

Some globies...

2019-05-24 16:36:21 UTC

I tell ya

2019-05-24 16:36:27 UTC

I did, you were acting like train tracks were perfectly straight, like a ruler device

2019-05-24 16:36:30 UTC

If the water has more depth above stump in middle its concave

2019-05-24 16:36:31 UTC

they bend like crazy

2019-05-24 16:36:33 UTC

in reality

2019-05-24 16:36:38 UTC

just try it

2019-05-24 16:36:44 UTC

I'm curious

2019-05-24 16:37:04 UTC

daniel water is flat thinking it bends down is crazier than the globe theory

2019-05-24 16:37:05 UTC

Train tracks when laid, are not laid in accountance with the curvature of the earth.

2019-05-24 16:37:09 UTC

Do you understand that?

2019-05-24 16:37:17 UTC

Water looks flat

2019-05-24 16:37:25 UTC

It is not EVEN CONSIDERED.

2019-05-24 16:37:32 UTC

In the ENTIRE engineering process.

2019-05-24 16:37:36 UTC

Not in rail roads.

2019-05-24 16:37:38 UTC

do you understand they are contour or w/e? so it would be irrelevant if they accounted for the curvature?

2019-05-24 16:37:38 UTC

you can see more of the earth because of refraction

2019-05-24 16:37:38 UTC

citizen i was jokin when i said himiwari

2019-05-24 16:37:43 UTC

What if water is bending up slightly as it's being pushed out from a centre point above

2019-05-24 16:37:46 UTC

Not in Canal's.

2019-05-24 16:37:53 UTC

light is interesting

2019-05-24 16:38:02 UTC

i guess its possible
