They have to first pull you into an argument based on hypotheticals. Not tangible facts. Then laugh when you want tangible proof.

They will quote phrases like the ‘scientific theory’, which is not a method of determining proof. Where they can say “water is wet, therefore the earth is a ball.” That’s literally what scientific theory is. It can contain facts in part, but be absolutely asinine in practice.
If you don’t use the scientific method, that is real science. You’re a theorist. At best.
