Cops dont bait people into a shootingsituation.. thats ridiculous when they see a GUN or someone not in compliance to a simple command they must do what they have to do to go home to their families
Some are bad cops.... MOST are not
This cop tried to tell this guy to shut the car off, with gun drawn, knowing if he reaches where the cop can't see his hand, he'll be in a position to shoot him.
well then the guy in the car has to rsponD to the cop with an answer OF..."CAN I MOVE MY HANDS OFFICER?
NOT ALL COPS ARE GOOD... GRANTED.. but most are just trying to get a paycheck and go home

if he drew his gun.. he must have a motive or he is in the wrong i admit that
where there is ONE GUN there usually is more weapons.. i know that to be a fact

being the Captain of a Security Company i had to only draw my weapon a couple of times.. BUT IT WAS NESCESSARY .. there were multiple perps and a club was brought out.. i was alone.. i did what had to be done.. I went home that night 2 others went to jail

one other thing.. the moment you leave your VEHICLE they will try to handcuff you.. STAY IN YOUR CAR. ROLL THE WINDOW DOWN just a few inches and talk to them there. that way they cannot open your door and drag you out...
giving them an ID will help your cause.. but just slide it through the opening in the window DONT ROLL IT DOWN more than a few inches
and yes .. you must turn your cars engine off.. or they will think you will BOLT.. if you want it go to well for you.. i suggest you listen to those tips
