It's hard to tell what is what in that argument because you can go to prison for multiple crimes at the same time. You can kill someone with weed in your pocket and be considered a drug offender.

You also have to take into account their behavior in the court room

And their behavior prior to sentencing

And the fact they are stupid and take shit plea deals

communities with high crime get judged harsher than communities with not much crime

just so happens blacks live in higher crime areas
