Well of course the moon and the sun are Borge flat so the moon would just be above us from our point of view and the moon could intersect our view of the sun

The most honest answer you’ll find, even for yourself, is that we have no idea how eclipses work. Nobody does. They don’t even work on the heliocentric model. (Even though they act like it works.)

Unless you have a different theory with some actual evidence to back it up.

Their excuse would be, “well it’s the closest we have.” When in actuality, that ‘closest thing’ requires earth to be a ball, when we never observe that in real life. (It literally requires the shape of our terrestrial reality to change to suit their need to explain the celestial.)

I also just cited everything the scientific method requires. That’s what you use to determine proof. Observation, measurement, and experiment. In that order.

If you’re not operating by that principle, then there’s a problem.

Anyone who claims the sun is 93 million miles away, is either lying willingly, or unknowingly.

Either way, they’re lying.

When millions of miles can be made up on a whim, you know someone is off, by a lot.

No matter the distance of the sun, it dosen't help your flat earth theory.
