i say technically Friday evening - Saturday evening but
some say it starts at Saturday 'daylight' hours, ..but eh..i choose to start it on Fri Even (evening)
Paul went to preach early on the first day. He preached all night. Then he walked many miles to the port to book passage on a ship. So obviously that is not something you would do on the Sabbath.
