Sugar is somewhat OK. Fructose is not the least bit OK. Fruit Juice is more dangerous than Tea. Also sugar free tea does not taste all that bad.

I mean just tea. Nothing added.

I am mostly fruitatarian

I do however, still consumer Meats and Cheeses

I use immortality tea and it has made my health quite a bit better at age 66.

Meat and Cheese is good for you. Do not worry about the fat in it or milk.

Sugar Free anything is bad. They replace the sugar/HFCS with Sucralose, Aspartame, Stevia, etc.
