If you've ever participated in sports

2019-10-20 21:39:06 UTC

hows it going mego?

2019-10-20 21:39:08 UTC

Yes, ski

2019-10-20 21:39:31 UTC

It's going meh. Having issues with some close friends @Silly Rabbit, Trix Are For Kids

2019-10-20 21:39:48 UTC

Competitive? @Fel-IX

2019-10-20 21:39:49 UTC

that sucks. i hope it will improve soon

2019-10-20 21:40:00 UTC

Same.

2019-10-20 21:40:25 UTC

Yes, love the feeling of beating Swiss in that sport

2019-10-20 21:40:33 UTC

And also how long were you into skiing?

2019-10-20 21:41:21 UTC

I see. While skiing definitely seems like a physically demanding sport, your performance would be far more geared towards technique than to physical ability.

2019-10-20 21:42:09 UTC

Well I'm ancient, it's been 20 years

2019-10-20 21:42:23 UTC

I see.

2019-10-20 21:43:04 UTC

I am in sports at the moment. Specifically, martial arts. I have been in it competitively for about 2 years.

2019-10-20 21:43:16 UTC

@Fel-IX you actually think the earth is simulated?

2019-10-20 21:43:32 UTC

to be fair

2019-10-20 21:43:36 UTC

I am on the border between the U.S and mexico, so sometimes I go to tournaments on either side of the border.

2019-10-20 21:43:53 UTC

On the U.S. side, genders are mixed. Girls fight guys, it only depends on weight class

2019-10-20 21:44:08 UTC

it's a possibility due to the fact that the universe is constantly expensive and everything is bound to die soon so if they had the technology they could make a new universe before that happened

2019-10-20 21:44:09 UTC

hmm

2019-10-20 21:44:17 UTC

expanding*

2019-10-20 21:44:19 UTC

2019-10-20 21:44:22 UTC

On the Mexico side, fights are organized into gender categories. Live combat, that is. For practice, anyone can go against anyone.

2019-10-20 21:44:48 UTC

The first tournament I went to on the U.S. side, I saw like 4 girls get hurt during their matches against guys.

2019-10-20 21:45:09 UTC

how is the universe constantly expensive?

2019-10-20 21:45:12 UTC

I have yet to see any girl get seriously injured in a match on the Mexican side.

2019-10-20 21:45:27 UTC

@GeorgeFBrown yes, too much Sci-fi themed movies xD

2019-10-20 21:45:29 UTC

Plus, being a participant, I feel the strength difference very clearly.

2019-10-20 21:45:34 UTC

lol

2019-10-20 21:45:45 UTC

i watched a documentary on it

2019-10-20 21:46:11 UTC

If I went on the Mexican side as a transgender and matched against the girls, I would run a 95% chance of winning regardless of technical ability. Easy. @Fel-IX

2019-10-20 21:46:26 UTC

You get the upper hand

2019-10-20 21:46:30 UTC

Go for it

2019-10-20 21:46:33 UTC

Mixing genders is the worst idea because of the huge unfair advantage given to anyone with a male body type.

2019-10-20 21:47:17 UTC

its clear, if you dont want to get beat up, dont fight girls

2019-10-20 21:47:20 UTC

lol

2019-10-20 21:47:29 UTC

Dude. That's an insult. I'm sure you've heard of the term 'you fight like a girl'. What kind of accomplishment is it to beat someone with a different body type than you?

2019-10-20 21:47:36 UTC

Regardless if they're stronger or weaker.

2019-10-20 21:48:43 UTC

Its not fair to the male participant, because their victory would be undermined due to unfair advantages against the girl, and the girl would be undermined by putting her at a disadvantage that is not within her ability to control.

2019-10-20 21:49:06 UTC

Obviously. There are exceptions. Examples of girls being stronger than regular guys. Hermaphrodites. etc. Etc.

2019-10-20 21:49:12 UTC

But that's the exception, not the norm.

2019-10-20 21:50:06 UTC

If I was a female participant and a transgender participant in a match won everything, i would be absolutely livid. Regardless of what they want to identify as, the fact is that their strength does not change based on that.
