gen 4 was my favorite

Gen 4 was my childhood and still is one of my favorites too

Do think I like gen 5 more as I am replaying that

pokemon x and y were meh, but gen 3 remakes were epic

the remakes are always better than the new gens LOL

X and Y had much more potential if they made more to it

those 2 games felt really incomplete

They should have done something like with sun and moon and maybe make a ultra x and ultra y kind of thing

Adding ton of more stories and extra stuff

or just stop with the 1 and 2 versions

go all in with 1 big game
