@FUI-FUI
Capitalism basically means an  economic system based on the private ownership of the means of production and their operation for profit. The term might have came afterwards and became more evident during surge of mercantilism during renaissance but it always existed.

2020-11-10 14:14:09 UTC

It's always existed, so has socialism and whatever else. That doesnt mean humanity has always been capitalist

2020-11-10 14:17:17 UTC

News flash: apart from cucks nobody likes to share what belongs to them.

2020-11-10 14:18:57 UTC

Until recently it was quiet a rare thing to witness people who would readily share their private property,means of income or other assets

2020-11-10 14:20:11 UTC

Even in early agricultural times people didn't hand out their produce to everyone, they took something in return for that.

2020-11-10 14:20:58 UTC

private property

2020-11-10 14:21:29 UTC

authoritarian for the win

2020-11-10 14:22:32 UTC

nvm

2020-11-10 14:22:37 UTC

maybe

2020-11-10 14:23:52 UTC

@beni is there private ownership in authoritarian

2020-11-10 14:24:26 UTC

2020-11-10 14:24:30 UTC

thank god

2020-11-10 14:25:14 UTC

Yes

2020-11-10 14:25:29 UTC

anyways like i said

2020-11-10 14:25:37 UTC

authoritarian for the win

2020-11-10 14:30:16 UTC

@FUI-FUI search "tragedy of the commons"

2020-11-10 14:32:18 UTC

@justkaus that's cool?

2020-11-10 14:33:14 UTC

You know communism isnt when everyone shares a community toothbrush or whatever right?

2020-11-10 14:33:40 UTC

Yeah that's a really common misconception

2020-11-10 14:33:46 UTC

I am explaining that a system built on trust will never survive

2020-11-10 14:33:55 UTC

That's just how it is

2020-11-10 14:34:01 UTC

There is a clear difference between what is considered private property and personal property

2020-11-10 14:34:16 UTC

Who says it needed trust? Just regulate stuff. Anarchists are the ones who believe in mutual aid

2020-11-10 14:34:41 UTC

Communists also. Nobody is going to give away their means of production

2020-11-10 14:34:54 UTC

Not peacefully <:emoji_94:771478128508928020> <:emoji_96:771479021275447296>

2020-11-10 14:35:00 UTC

🤡

2020-11-10 14:35:06 UTC

Exactly why do you think they say seize the means of production

2020-11-10 14:35:20 UTC

Eli stab @FUI-FUI

2020-11-10 14:35:20 UTC

2020-11-10 14:35:25 UTC

Communism is when everyone owns the means of production without addressing hierarchy

2020-11-10 14:35:27 UTC

not ask them to give up such

2020-11-10 14:35:31 UTC

Yeah the slogan isnt "ask for the means of production"

2020-11-10 14:35:47 UTC

Yeah well, that's not going to work out too well

2020-11-10 14:35:47 UTC

seize it

2020-11-10 14:35:48 UTC

> Communism is when everyone owns the means of production without addressing hierarchy
@beni
There is naturally still going to be a hierarchy this is not anarchism

2020-11-10 14:36:01 UTC

Marx was against hierarchy

2020-11-10 14:36:03 UTC

snatch it from the hands of the bourgeoisie

2020-11-10 14:36:18 UTC

Where in the world did he say he was against hierarchies

2020-11-10 14:36:21 UTC

If you think revolutions can solve problem. Russia wouldn't be dying. Middle East would be peaceful
