FIRST-...The Indictment issued today by Rod Rosenstein was refuted over a year ago. Wikileaks revealed UMBRAGE in its Vault 7 release, which demonstrated the ability to leave ‘cyber fingerprints’ of any desired target of a hacking accusation.
SECOND-...The DNC refused access of its server to the FBI, they engaged CROWDSTRIKE to analyze the breach. The only ‘evidence’ the DOJ indictment is presenting is hearsay based on a report of a company in the employee of a party to the investigation.
THIRD-... Over a year ago an open source thorough forensic analysis was done on the material released showing the speed of transfer to exceed that which is possible through hacked access. The speed of transfer identifies unequivocally that the data was accessed from the physical server itself and transferred to a storage device.
Rod Rosenstein’s Presser is bogus. It was equivalent Obi Wan Kenobi saying to the Imperial Storm Trooper: “These are not the Droids you’re looking for.”
