When we had a big hurricane scare a few years ago literally FEMA dumped those bigass semi trailer hydrogen cell plants in front of every hospital and shittons of supplies, to boot.
With covid none of this shit happened.

What's also a travesty is that some state governors(CUOMO) were literally trying to force less populous states to give up all their spare ventilators for their STOCKPILE
