@Sara - sorry - I have no idea how to get my phone to work. I have never had this trouble. I simply cannot use my laptop with push to talk because it won't download what it needs for that. I have never got that message before, but every time I try to turn on my mic I get that message that the channel says I have to use push to talk.

My mic turns on until I try to move to voice. then I get the message.
