The judges ruling in the DC Court Acostas vs WH has no legal merit and should and will be ignored by the President and the White House.
This same DOJ argument will win in a higher court; and this is important enough to take to the SCOTUS if need be to settle this issue once and for all. I can tell you with assurance the SC will rule 6-3 or 5-4 in favor of the President. This is a media event only, again give it no merit.
