Im assuming the biographical info that Cesar Sayoc supposedly posted is BS. I cant verify the grandfather info. He claims his GFather was a famous plastc surgeon in NY....which is a lifetime study type of thing. But hten he claims his GF was also some sort of lifetime martial artists in filipino arts. I find a "Baltazar Sayoc" who was a lifetime martial artist but I dont see him having anything to do with plastic sugery. He ran martial srts schools in the US but retired and died in the phillipines. I posted a link earleir where the pertinent martial arts school said they had no knowledge of the Cesar dude
