@Libertymom I can attest to that! I was living in Budapest this year for a few months and I kept saying--"I've never seen so many baby strollers and pregnant women in a city before--as well as kids everywhere!" It was so cool! Then someone told me that there was actual policy to help motivate more people to start families. Amazing!
