@slippyfist well if you want to find a place to fit into a show that could probly be done id recomend you go through the training process soco has been runing in a training server for new show hosts. that way you could find yourself a cohost in the trainee pool or if youd rather be the cohost yourself find a host.

if your not interested in being on air thats fine we might be able to come up with some ideas for here in discord.

this tech talk channel for example if it were more tended too we could see about moving it up the list getting it more prominent.

(im gonna work on this list and make it less clutured here one of these days)

Hello all. I am new to discord, however not to the PSB. I believe more discussion on tech is required. I see all too many patriots using unsafe tech, even live-on-air. If we are to build platforms for us all to join, we must protect ourselves and fellow patriots by refusing to use insecure software. I hope to bring more discussion to the discord chats around this topic.

*VIRTUAL WINDOWS RUNNING UNDER LINUX* If you have a relatively fast 64 Bit computer with 16 MB or RAM or more, you might want to consider running Windows "Virtually" under Linux. (I personally prefer Ubuntu Linux Server). This has both security and anti-virus things that you can do that are not possible if you are running Windows directly off of your hard drive. Here is a short description:
Virtual machines are a very convenient way to run Windows software on your Linux PC. As PCs have gotten faster, virtual machines have become comparatively more lightweight.

This process involves installing a copy of Windows in a “virtual machine” program like VirtualBox, VMware, or Linux’s built-in KVM (Kernel-based Virtual Machine) solution. That copy of Windows thinks it’s running on real hardware, but it’s really running in window on your desktop. Modern virtual-machine solutions can even break Windows programs running in the virtual machine out of that window, allowing them to act like normal windows on your Linux desktop. I do this with a full installation of Windows 7, but you could run Windows 8 or 10 the same way . Check it out and do your "homework" relative to your particular hardware. If you do it right, you will be very, very happy with the results. NOTE: Please do not ask me to assist you with your virtual installation. My schedule does not allow me the time to be doing lots of free tech work for other folks. Thank you.

well, it is showing correctly, but it isnt showing as you might think, so let me try to explain the ranking system here.

it shows you are level 5, and the level 5 is equivelant to the E-1 rank, which you have.

in other words what '851' is telling you is that there are 851 people who have made more postings in the server then you (all time)

If you want to listen to PSB while driving without premium YouTube, the Twitch app supports audio only mode. You can even background it (option is in settings) so that your map can be in front. PSB has a Twitch backup channel. 😃

first though, we need an expert on those subjects who can contribute some answers/research on that. dont think weve got anyone like that at this time.
