yeah. because they dont have the space to put them up and it costs $$$$ to the indigenous peoples whos waters are polluted by taking them apart and fixing them in traditional hunting and fishing grounds.
and the indigenous peoples dont want motor oil in their food anymore than you do. So they dont really want to be paid off and push back for the upper brass to find a better solution

Governments issue money, and the trustworthiness of the government is tied to the trustworthiness of their monies. People will use the currencies of the governments they trust to still be around tomorrow or the day after.
Why would they go after the governments? to get control of the money. Why control the money? So that you can control the populace and thereby control the government

This is why for all of human history we have had to dehumanize our enemies before we can defeat them.
"A Real Man" is someone who can take that situation and deal with the human in front of them.
