@GaliforniaPerhaps you might consider a removal from Office for cause, otherwise called a quo warranto, by looking at mid-1800's common law process, discovering the correct, current California administrative process and completing the process. You would need cy of Oath of office of public official, cy of fidelity bond and paperwork for the "content certified" process.

I'm trying to find the FULL list from Judicial Watch of 378 counties that more people registered to vote than living there, I've tried searching but I can't find it, I can only find the 5 states with counties they sent letters.
