@tattered flag Ive just been busy at work finalizing the great yr 2018 with my accountant and preparing financials for 2019! I just recently had some new refrigeration installed in my kitchen, so I may find time to do some baking this weekend! Maybe some Bread? I hope so!! How are you doing!

@stefanon I am doing well and baking like a crazy man. Wait a minute I am a crazy man - oh well. Anyway just doing my thing and loving life. Went to Colorado Springs yesterday and purchased a new 50# bag of bread flour. Burned through the last one in 6 weeks

@tattered flag We've had unusual warmer weather here but just this week we got to the normal cold temps and a bit of snow. Yes I need to go flour shopping as well!. When its cold its easier to bake, and you also made me hungry for some good soups!! I have a great recipe for Celery Root Soup! So I hope to get it all going this weekend! WOW that's a lot of flour! lol lol enjoy!

@stefanon I go through about 250-300 # of bread flour every year and then I also keep 4-5 other flours handy in case I get a wild idea to make something new. Every Saturday morning I bake for a bunch of retired guys and we gather for coffee and general conversation. I affectionately call it "The Old Codger's Club" or OCC for short
