@Deleted User I think it's clear that China-made products are all compromised. China govt requires all IP goes to them during manufacturing. Production overruns are identical to phone, laptop, whatever but are not accounted for ... they are counterfeit only because the label on them hasn't been paid-for. These black-market editions go 100% in the pocket of the manufacturer. Worse, Huwei and others include the China spy tech used to spy on their own citizens and don't bother to remove when it hits low-end American market. There are many examples of Cisco & webcam compromised at the hardware level.
