I actually don't have a problem with the plastic straw ban. Ban is kinda' a flamethrower word. There are a lot of alternatives ready to go. Yeah, it's a hassle for manufacturers of plastic stuff, but seriously how much junk can we throw away. Slightly different issue is China has now completely stopped talking all e waste from other countries. China only. That is a huge issue.
