231 years ago today, 39 men finished their work of nearly four months when they signed their names on the Constitution of the United States in Philadelphia.
Upon leaving Independence Hall, Benjamin Franklin was asked what sort of government the delegates had created. He famously answered "A republic, if you can keep it."
The wisdom and heart of those words ring just as true today. The responsibility to keep our republic is ours alone.
The question is: do we have the political will to engage in the fight every day to restore and maintain our republic?
Today, the Convention of States Texas proudly brings two engagement opportunities forward. We provide them for you to share far and wide, through social media and any other means.
