Strzok does tip his head down and then looks up directly at whoever he sees as a possible threat. The tipping of the head down is a signal that he looks down upon the target. The fact that he looks up, just under his brow, makes him look threating back. I think neither helps him.

@Ridgewalker anon I'm still not convinced. You saw two examples of what the laser mentioned is like. One, a short film of a drone. The other is of a pickup truck tilted forward on a stand.
In the first case, note how long the laser MUST remained focused on the tail until it diables the flight controls causing the drone to go out of control.
In the second case, look closely and note that the laser only effected a small part of the hood. How long was the beam focused on that specific point before the energy melted that hole? Also, how close was the laser to the target?
The rest of the video, to me, is conjecture. I agree with Noam Chomsky that if a government has a weapon they will turn it eventually on their own population to retain power. I also agree with Sgt Kelly. But nowhere does the video claim that people were burned by a laser. However, there was a fire. Do you think the person he was talking about could have been a victim of the fire?

DEW stand for Directed Energy Weapon. It is not associates with the old DEWS line for times past.
Our government has had lasers that can be used against ground and air targets for a very long time. This is the first one I've seen tht can remain on target well enough that it can actually bring the aircrft down. The drone in the video was flying straight and level at constant speed. The power necessary to bring down a maneuvering aircraft is quite different.

Jonathan Haight "The Righteous Mind" : Don't have it here in front of me, but there are about 6 channels of concern. Conservatives pay attention to all 6. Liberals are concerned about 2 or 3. Pretty obvious when you break it down. "...why the Left are unable to see Truth"? From what I have read, the left doesn't care about the rest of those "caring" channels, but only 2 or 3 of them.
