I am having a problem is claiming my account. When I try it says that my email address is already in use.

I am currently on PBS voice chat and I have been there all day, however, I am unable to chat now. I rebooted my phone, I checked my settings. But my mic is crossed out... Please help

Having issues to the voice chat rooms, I can hear everybody else talking but I am not able to talk back. I checked my settings and I switched it over to push to talk and still nothing. Suggestions???
