Why do I keep getting a message saying I have an unclaimed account? When I put in my email, I get a message saying it's already registered. I don't remember what the password is. I am old and forgetful!!

Should I delete my account and start all over?

@retired tchr once you create your discord account you will recieve an email with a link you must click to verify/finalize the account. once thats been done the message "unclaimed account" should go away, if it doesnt try loging out and back into the discord client.

@SherryQ yes sherry this is the right discord server for the callin show, during the call in hours you just need to connect to the channel #Pre-Screening Voice which is nearer to the top then this help channel is.

So, is it normal to be voice connected in the "on deck" discord channel, and have to switch (click over) to the "on air" channel once you are brought up?

@pirate_eric to join the show go into the Pre-Screening Vocie channel during the freedom rings hours after being screened you will be moved into the on deck channel, at that point the show hosts pam and 412 will move you onto the show at their opportune moment.

@RoguePatriot zoom chat is only accessible to the speakers on the stream. if theres something from there in particular your wanting then dm the person who mentioned whatever it is.

@RavenLovesAmerica sounds like your name just isnt reaching top chat i think it just takes time to reach that, if the problem persists dm pamphlet in discord your youtube name and he can check if its blocked in the youtube chat.,
@RetiredTchr you only need the first level E1 to be able to go onto the freedom rings show (join the pre screening channel)
@B P the only way to listen to the stream while also in discord is to have the stream open in the backround in your browser.

@grim. That was the problem. I stayed in the "on deck" channel, and "push to talk" was disabled. I had to click over to the show channel. It didn't automatically move me. Might be bandwidth issues on my end.

your meant to be moved into the on deck channel then wait to be moved further, when you are put into the ondeck channel that signals to the show hosts that you are screened and cleared for the show, they will then move you when they are finished interviewing whoever was there before you, or when they finish talking about whatever they are talking about, in other words, at their most opportune moment...

so it may take a few minutes for them to be ready

if you could hear them while not being in their channel, then either you had them on in the backround browser stream.
or your discord was glitched.,
do you run discord in the browser? id suggesting downloading the desktop app, it runs much better
