Hi I have had access to discord almost since this platform began, although I haven't actively participated. A few days ago I got a computer bug and had to scan my computer for malware. Now when I try to view Discord I don't have access to the General discussion link as well as many others. Also at the top of the page it says "This is an Unclaimed account Claim it before it's lost. When I try to claim it, it tells me that "the e-mail is already registered". It is my e-mail account. Any idea what I am doing wrong?

@RBCheetah looks like you are logging into a duplicate account

try using the discord app/program, instead of the browser version, you must download their setup and install it.
using discord that way, rather then in the browser. will usualy correct that issue.

@RBCheetah I just figured out what was wrong with mine.. very similar problem. I was using a duplicate discord acct. Not realizing I created 2 accounts. both were connected to same email, same user name. My origional acct was with Operation Name and Shame (from WAY back, months go). After logging off and back on, multiple times, I Found the ME with the emoji (not the mickey mouse pants).

@RBCheetah If my comment doesn't seem relevant omit. Took me about a day to find the ME (I an not too familiar with the platform). As @Deleted User stated, after a time the multiple accounts will purge. Looks like the cheetah with the #2992 ending is the one with your photo of the cheetah, just an observation.

For some reason discord will kit let me attach a meme. Anyone know why I lost that ability?
