@GopherQ (CAN) thats interesting,
perhaps try lowering the quality settings of the psb stream down to a low setting like 360P,
also try running psb in a private browser without cookies,
if still not working can try running a vpn to see if that gets it running
(if a VPN fixes it then i would say its likely your ISP is the cause)

@GopherQ (CAN) if the problem continues i would be curious to know the name of the isp and what part of canada your in. (generally not exactly.)

well, it only lets you verify one per email so the other one will just end up deleted.

accidentally making more accounts is a common issue people have with the browser version, some take longer to figure it out
