They only get the land that New France held.
Fuck that, your going to destroy Canada
We’ll become even more of a vassal State
Canada needs Maxime Bernier
thats all
Last time he polled at 16%
Hopefully he picks up a bunch of French seats
The CAQ is in power over there
Fucking up the Muslims in public service.
Good
Because white employees aren't allowed to wear religious symbols, so they're saying that Muslims can't either.
No more hijab, no more burka.
In public service.
good
If its not visible im fine with it
And that leads into another reason I'm against urbanization, because large cities develop a feeling of entitlement when they vote differently than the rest of the province/country. The CAQ won the election, but Montreal is crying because they voted Liberal.
@Summī Imperator, 呪い殿 Big cities are very arrogant when it comes to country folk
Tell a farmer to solve a math problem and he'll learn to, but tell an educated city dweller to sow the field and they'll likely snub the idea.
I work with the Federal Government, the number miserable creatures I see bumbling around is concerning.
We definitely don’t need anymore cites. Fewer maybe.
cap the number of people in a city
also the height of most buildings
I like that idea.
"We need less centers of industry and commerce"
I mean, if you're a primitivist, that makes sense, otherwise, that's a terrible idea
imo the suburbs are what need to go
If anything, I mean, our current system is somewhat alright as is
Rural >> Urban

Isometsa E, Heikkinen M, Henriksson M, Marttunen M, Aro H, Lonnqvist J. Differences between urban and rural suicides. Acta Psychiatr Scand 1997;95:297–305.
Both urban and rural regions have upsides and downsides
Rural regions tend to be more closely knit, however, they often tend to be more xenophobic and hostile towards outsiders
Urban regions I'd argue are more accepting, but tend not to have as many built-in support networks
Suburban regions just combine the worst of both tbh
That is true, however rural areas have lower suicide rates and lower crime rates. So, if people are not killing themselves, (which means they are at least ok with life), and other people are not killing them, then living in rural areas would be a lot better.
And about them being hostile to outsiders, you may be right here, but who cares. Movement to rural areas is very low anyways.

I mean
If you live in a place with an incredibly low population density
Crime is going to be a lot lower, as there's less people and you presumably know more of them
Plus you've probably got some land of your own to boot
