Yeah, I mean it concludes in co-operation/mutual-aid and anarchism, which are distinctly left wing, but nothing about egoism says it has to be left wing
Libertarian was originally a leftist term
It's only recently the right started using it
By recently I mean like the past 50-60 years or so
It gained popularity from the Austrian School, Mises and Rothbard
Same time around when "Anarcho"-Capitalism was formulated
Prior to that all of anarchism and libertarianism were forms of socialist organization
Saying authoritarianism produces maximum liberty isnt actually wrong.... Its actually strangely right. Under monarchy much of europe was veyr libertine in a way, it was strange but its true.
Unity of opposites
@Bowman I mean natonalism is ethnic nationalism, there is no other nationalism
(potentially different economic models ithin nationalism but nationalism is only one)
@Bogatyr Bogumir The common claims I mentioned was just to common claims of vestigial structures on humans. The list of vestigial structures can easily be found and you either find it compelling or you don't, I don't think good bumps or ear muscle perform any real function in humans. The same with wisdom teeth now that our jaws are shorter or nipples in men...or third and fourth nipples. There are others but that's enough for here. The evidence, when taken in total, is pretty significant to me. Anyway, this is just supporting evidence for evolution and I'm fine with people being wrong. 😉 It is quite a coincidence, I must say, and a bad design. Oh, also look up the giraffes laryngeal nerve. Probably videos about it on YouTube.
All societies have authority, and that authority contains in itself, it's opposite: liberty
libertarians are fundamentally autistic truth seekers. they just want to be left alone but when they get fucked with enough bullshit they start to see confrontation as the only solution and they start making the transition into right-wing authoritarian mindset and most of them become race realists and whatnot.
@Bogatyr Bogumir correct, civic nationalism is just pathetic
@uber You should dunk on nationalism
Oh, new qotd. I vote authoritarianism, despite having ben a libertarian in the past.
@t r u e I wouldnt call them vestigial as each has its function, otherwise they simply wouldnt be present. Extra nipples are a syndrome if I remember correctly. And wisdom teeth generally fit in most people, most people that they dont fit in have inborn issues with their jaws to begin with, for the majority of people they dont need to be removed. Im not so much arguing against evolution as much as that evolution produced something relatively perfect. For example nipples in men are also erogenic. And must exist because we are dimorphic and have divided development, also have reasons for mating purposes 9attractiveness matters).
I can guarantee that we will discover the purpose of goosebumps and the levator and i think depressor ________ muscles soon. Same with the appendix. Evolution doesnt leave things in if they dont work. It leaves them there because they serve a prupose (hell the muscles mught simply hel the skull take on the stresses of other muscles on bone. Or may be involved in the scalp. IMO they help with aiding that hearing during high stress, and same with goosebumps. Ill do some research on it. Generally every creature is perfectly adapted to what it needs to be adapted to.
Rear leg bones in whales 😉
authoritarianism is better
@Enigmatic★Chromatic Left wing authoritarianism such as what? Leninism? I've looked into Strasserism a LITTLE and I agree that land and natural resources should be state controlled to serve the nation. Not rented, speculated, privately owned and passed down. I'm for their meritocratic state schools. I'm a bit indifferent on their ideas on how to run factories. I'm against their agriculture fetish. They were completely wrong on race.
Well I am not a nationalist, I support authority in the sense of continued revolutionary terror to reach communism
Firstly revolutionary and military struggle against the state, and after which cultural revolution used to combat revisionism and reactionaryism
Nationalism is the greatest defense against exploitation
hot take
Strasserism in my opinion doesn't go far enough in regards to revolutionizing the relationships to production and on this I even agree with Nazbol more. I know the far right is supposed to be against capitalism, but outside of returning to Feudalism and perhaps distributism I have not seen any legitimate alternative to the capitalist mode of production from the right
I would actually saw outside of Marxism the left doesn't have a comprehensive alternative to capitalism either
The common ground we have is an opposition it consumerism and the decadence of the bourgeois class
My support for authority is in destroying bourgeois power, reorganizing the relationships to production and all that is entailed with that like ending the urban rural divide and changing the state from liberal democracy to whatever fits a planned socialist economy
Sorry by my big long gay thing, but I thought I would explain it a bit more
Oh and I'm not sure strasserism actually abolishes the commodity form which is the most important aspect to ending capitalism
ya
@Bowman Yes, I 100% agree with you
@Enigmatic★Chromatic The Left wants free healthcare, free tuition/free education and rights for all.
They want the 1% and the government to pay for it all.
Uh
That's not really leftist...
Like fascists are for welfare programs too
Everything fails without nationalism and a sense of a unified people, this would be especially true in multi-culti America with it's elevated racial tensions. I wouldn't say the far right is against capitalism really, I would say they seek to separate productive behavior from exploitive. I have no problem with people earning a wage or the existence of income disparity. I have no problem with buying and selling personal goods. In my mind though, no one would own a large business as much as they would just be put in charge of operations. Their pay and continued employment dependent on their performance. No shares to be sold and no speculation on goods and materials. No profit from money manipulation, no interest rate. I like the idea of money serving only to buy personal items and being otherwise useless. I'm not sure where I'm headed on economic issues and I can't label myself.
