Has anyone noticed that AI has been showing right wing patterns?

Especially when shown for recruitment, Amazon & Facebook for example had to actually remove theirs because it pretty much said that no woman was fit for the higher up positions.

But yeah, I think if the right were to Capitalize on AI, there could be some benefits.

It might also change people's general receptions and responses to it.

Might remove the dystopia stigma.

because AI sees only parameters that need to be filled and so it without discrimination eliminates candidates however people have natural predispositions. Sex, age etc. And the algorythm will simply sort these people out. The issue for AI is always distinguishing the best candidate.

It can usually get a general demographic and general group of people that are a good fit. However once that gorup is established it fails to pick the best candidate from that group since the differences are often times even illogical

its basically hard to code into an algorythm these minute differences that make the biggest difference.
