It's the ability to count
Not a good one
Uh...
You can refit and build an entire army in a year
A navy will take 30-50
It's static
So if say somebody inside the line turned on the other ships..
There are no surprises in naval warfare
Nothing would happen firstly
You would need the entire crew to turn
Which is unlikely
And then it's just one ship
Out of what, 800
It's one attack that was unexpected and would send ripples of mistrust.
Secondly aegis overlaps
So whatever one of our ships fires
Others within the same fleet can shoot it down
Think of a Carrier group as a Venn diagram with 12 circles overlapping
Those circles are the missile defense grids
They can shoot down anything coming into it with 11 back ups
So you think the military would be capable of surpressing insurgency on the homefront while waging war abroad as well?
Navy is entirely separate from land forces
And operates independently
I don't think it's unfeasible either.
What affects one does not affect the other directly
I know.
Just like the Airforce.
I'm well aware
But it's a strain on resources.
Airforce relies on combined arms
Of land forces
Navy has everything it needs
The military has an abundance of resources
So much that it's wasteful
To claim to know that loss is impossible would lead you to ruin.
We literally have way too much ammunition
@Summī Imperator, 呪い殿 An ant cannot overpower You? How foolhardy
Pride cometh before the fall
China cannot in any scenario defeat the United States in an offensive war
If our navy got nuked and cut in half
A civil War doesn't only take a toll on munition, but on the people as well.
