The military has an abundance of resources

A civil War doesn't only take a toll on munition, but on the people as well.

We would still win

Which would demoralize the home front.

Would you take food from the people and give it to soldiers?

A modern naval war would be solved within a week

And the loser wouldn't recover for half a century.

A civil War would not.
